1/2 pink grapefruit + 1/2 banana + strawberries + ice + protein powder
= pms 197

Review:
sweet-tart!… used fresh berries with the green tops still on (yes, ma– i washed them). next time, i’ll need to remove the grapefruit membranes… albeit a great fiber source, it’s just wrong to chew  a smoothie.
