black berries + strawberries + 1/2 banana + cloves + tumeric + cinnamon + agave + protein powder + superfood green powder

Review:
Last night we went to a very interesting workshop put on by All Health Chiropractic on inflammation and wellness. One of the things they talked about was the benefits of including certain spices in your daily diet. I cook often with them, but thought i’d try incorporating a few into my smoothies. With the agave nectar present, it made for a sweet and savory liquid power meal!
